Q: Are you certified/ registered?
A: Yes, all of our therapists have completed the 2200 hour program recognized by Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM) and/or Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) .
Q: Do we direct bill?
A: Yes, we offer direct billing to Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sunlife and other major companies associated with Telus Health
Q: Which forms of payment do we take?
A: Debit, credit, e-transfer, cash
Q: Where do I park?
A: We have one labelled parking spot in the rear parking lot.
Q: Where is our entrance?
A: Our BLUE door is on the right side of the back of the building lead by green steps. If you have trouble finding it, don't hesitate to call or text.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Please allow 24 hrs notice to modify your appointment. Cancellations made without notice are subject to a $35.00 + GST fee. In the event of an emergency , fees will be determined at your therapists discretion.
Q: How do I change or modify my appointment?
A: Please call or text the clinic to make any changes. If you have booked online you can sign into your account and follow the steps to modify your appointment.
