Em was the kid who was always the first to apply sunscreen to her cousins at the cabin, she wanted to become a massage therapist her entire life. She graduated from The Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now known as Evolve College) in 2015. Her desire to find the “root of the problem” translates into her therapeutic treatment plans for her clients. She encourages communication with all to ensure comfort, accuracy and precision.
Emily enjoys incorporating many techniques of massage into her treatments; trigger point therapy, myofascial release, functional muscle release, joint mobility and of course an element of relaxation, always.
In her spare time she attends music festivals, loves cooking, anything Scottish and snuggling with her cats.
She opened IEmZen Family Massage with her husband Ian in November of 2018.
